Health, Parenting & Being a BCBA

I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure after having my 1st child last July. I just find it so difficult to deal with so many changes ALL AT ONCE. My child growing up --> 10-months old and getting into everything. Changing my diet, taking more medications, dealing with all the appointments. Lastly, I work in a stabilization program so individuals are referred for severe behaviors, dealing with different providers, guardians, staff concerns. It's just hard to manage everything! I guess I just wanted other people's input/shared experience with dealing with so many changes ALL at once!
